Nottingham Forest left the South coast this afternoon with all three points thanks to a powerful headed goal by defender Wes Morgan and a delightful 30 yard chipped effort from Joe Garner.

The result means that the Forest are just one point behind the Saints and to rub salt into the wound for Southampton - they still have only won once at St. Mary's this season.

things are certainly not looking very good are they.......its a good job Charlton are playing so poorly and Doncaster are struggling to score goals too.....but chins up...theres plenty of time yet...!!
