Soccer AM have selected Saints starlet Adam Lallana to be a contender to win the Mitre goal of the year award.

Lallana's wonder goal at Loftus Road in September was selected by Soccer AM as a strong contender for the goal of the year.

Already got my vote in! Would be good if Lallana got recognised for that goal, although there are some other strong contenders in there to be fair. Here's hoping.

It was a very nice goal! Hopefully this will give adam some confindence as he hasn't been playing to his full potential recently.
