Wotte full of confidence

Wotte full of confidence

There will certainly be no love-lost on Valentine's Day as Saints prepare to do battle with Bristol City at Ashton Gate.

The Saints Head Coach held his weekly press conference at Staplewood this morning, and he appeared to be in defiant mood.

Speaking to The Daily Echo, Wotte said, "We travel with a lot of confidence because we have played better away than at home.

"We will go for a win as we will for 15 times this season and we will see at the end of the season how many points we picked up.

"We take it from match to match and I am very confident because we have had some good training sessions this week, have prepared the team well and hopefully it will pay off."

As reported on here a few days ago, Lee Holmes will sit this one out as he looks to recover from his knee injury, but the only fresh absentee is Joseph Mills, who also picked up a knee problem in training last week.
