Saints 1-0 Cardiff: Vote for your MOTM!

Saints 1-0 Cardiff: Vote for your MOTM!

After Southampton's 1-0 victory over Cardiff City on Saturday, it's now your turn to have a say by voting for your Man Of The Match.

Both Jan-Paul Saeijs and Chris Perry were excellent in the heart of defence, whilst club captain Kelvin Davis was in top form in the Southampton goal, making arguably the save of the season in the first half.

The diamond formation continues to pay dividends for Head Coach Mark Wotte, with Andrew Surman, Simon Gillett and Adam Lallana all impressing.

David McGoldrick seems to be enjoying playing in the unfamiliar role of attacking midfield, putting in some of his best performances in a Saints shirt in recent games.

What's more, Wotte seems to have found an effective strike partnership in Saganowski and Euell, with both players working well together, and fans will no doubt be hoping that the new strike force can stay injury free for the remainder of the season.

So it's down to you, take your pick! You can have your say by voting in the poll down the right hand side of the page.
