Thomson loan halted by officials
Bournemouth's application to extend the loan of Southampton winger Jake Thomson for a second month has been refused.
Now the club have come out of administration, all the club's signings, including loans, have to be ratified by the Football League.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe spoke to BBC Solent about his disappointment on losing Thomson.
"It's a blow because he's done really well. He's starting to show what he's about - he was a real threat on Saturday."
An agreement had been agreed between the two clubs after Thomson's initial one-month loan came to an end.
