Stockport County vs Southampton

Southampton make the long trip to Stockport this afternoon, searching for their first win of the season.

The Saints are currently rock bottom on minus eight, without a win.

The Hatters are in a similar situation to Saints, and are struggling at the wrong end of the table.

Stockport lost both of their opening home games, and will be looking to put that right when the struggling Saints come to Edgeley Park.



HATTERS TEAM NEWS:

Liam Birdcutt is suspended for County after seeing red in his last game after joining of loan from Chelsea.

Matty Mainwaring is County boss Ablett's long term injury and will be out for six months with a broken leg. Ablett has no new injury worries.



SAINTS TEAM NEWS:

Graeme Murty went off on a stretcher in Tuesday nights 2-1 defeat at home to Birmingham, and will be out for six months will a knee injury.

New signings Dean Hammond and Neal Trotman will return after being cup-tied in Tuesday's fixture.

Lee Holmes and Joseph Mills are close to a return and could feature tomorrow.
