Pardew Happy To Fine Tune

Pardew has prepared the team for the trip to Tranmere on Saturday hoping to continue building up the momentum.

'You don't want to change too much' he told Saints Player. 'You don't want to complicate it or look for something that will improve us. We are playing well and we are in good form, so it is now about keeping all the things together.'

Alan added that now was the time when he would be emphasising the things that are being done well. He doesn't want to disturb the momentum with too much coaching when all is well with the team.

Alan is happy at last with the form being shown. He is even happy with the games coming thick and fast for as long as the winning continues. He now feels that the team is growing into what he wants.

'The team is getting stronger and we are looking forward to Tranmere.' AP continued, 'We are expected to win with the form we are in and everyone will be astonished if we don't.'

The mood in the camp right now is one of confidence. Whilst they know things can change overnight the team is confident it will bring the points home from Tranmere. They know that there is a question mark against them on sticky pitches but they feel better prepared for them now.

The mood of confidence has come with the tightening up at the back. Three recent clean sheets highlighting the fact that at long last we now have a complete team. Jose Fonte and Dan Seaborne coming in, have woken Jaidi to the fact that now his place is under pressure.

With his play improving and consistantly so,the team has the strong base from which it can operate. All of the players have now settled in and at last we look like a real team. A team that is fully capable of beating anybody if they turn up ready to rumble.

Agree with that in it's entirity. Keep the players ticking over when they are doing so well. We are all looking forward to more of the same please Mr Pardew.

Doesn't AP know that sounding so bright and bullish is frowned upon by us Saints fans? How can he show such good spirits when we are discussing the team? Someone tell him it is not done.

If we keep on winning then there will be no argument from me AP. Long may this run last.

Alan we love what you are doing for us. Please keep the good work going and stay for a long long time.

If Alan is happy to just fine tune then we should be happy as well. He is at last showing faith in his team. This is what makes me more confident than ever.
