Jason Puncheon Has To Tread Carefully

Jason Puncheon Has To Tread Carefully

If Jason Puncheon gets booked before April 11th he will serve an automatic two-game ban. This is a bit of a problem for the wideman as he has a possible five more games before the 11th.

Though ineligable for the Johnson's Paint Trophy final because he played against us for MK Dons he will be sorely missed if he has to take a two game rest.

Jason has made a tremendous impact since joining us in January. He has quickly become an integral part of the team.

Thankfully for the Saints. So far he is the only player to have to tread as softly.

This is yet another way in which a manager controls the players. Brian Clough never seemed to see so many players getting booked. Someone has to make the players see sense.

Jason must stop his silly tackles and kicking balls away after giving away a free kick. He is old enough to know better.

I hope that Allan can get him to harness his energy in a way that will benefit us in the most useful manner to us.
