'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jason Euell - Premiership club captain!!!

It has come to our attention here at Vital Saint`s that former Saint`s midfielder Jason Euell will be plying his trade in the Premier league this season with Blackpool.

Perhaps the first thing I have to ask is why oh why? This player who failed to make any real impact during the 2 seasons he spent with us, one in which we narrowly avoided relegation and the other seeing the penultimate relegation to league 1 is going to be playing against Rooney and Lampard!

As a season ticket holder in the 07/08 season I still can`t remember him doing anything impressive, a George Burley signing who seemed well past it. Kicking a ball also seemed beyond his talents.

With that said then, I was genuinely surprised to hear that he is the Blackpool captain as well!

I hope for Blackpool fans sake that he became the player he was at Charlton the day he left us, otherwise we could well be watching a comedy of errors on SKY next year, comedy besides Arsene Wenger crying his eyes out because one of his youth teamers got tackled… again.

So for any of you who ever wondered 'where did that useless donkey end up?` well now you know.

It could have been even more amusing as Jermaine Wright was also a part of the Blackpool team, but thankfully for them he was released.

He was always a player that offered without giving for me. I hope Blackpool know what they are doing but I must say that in his last year with us he was one of the senior players that Lowelife messed about badly.

Blackpool might regret having him soon. I don't rate him.

It is very worrying indeed, amusing for us though!

He wasn't much cop for us in the CCC so I am slightly bemused as well.
