Wright To Link Up With Burley Again

Vital Southampton recently predicted that George Burley was keen to sign Jermaine Wright following his release from Leeds United.
It has now been revealed that Wright will join up with Saints with a view to a permanent transfer in the near future.

Boss Burley told the Daily Echo online : 'Jermaine is coming in for pre-season and we'll talk about things once pre-season starts. Once he is here we'll look at it as far as longer term is concerned, but I'm very hopeful we can push on with that.'

I wonder what has happened to the lad. He looked like he was set up for a bright career in the top grade and now he's been released by Leeds and looking to goto southampton of all places.
