Saints Defender Kenton Departs

Saints defender Darren Kenton has joined Championship rivals Leicester City on a two year deal after being released from the club at the end of the season.

Kenton has already spent time at the Walkers Stadium, having joined on loan in the 2004/2005 season. He made eleven appearances for the Foxes, however a permanent deal did not materialize.

Kenton has only made a handful of appearances in a Saints career spanning over two years. He scored his only Saints goal in the F.A Cup game against MK Dons.
