Guly Celebrates His Birthday In Style

The Brazilian added the missing ingredient to his performance against Huddersfield by netting twice as he helped Saints run riot against Exeter.

With his family over to help him celebrate his birthday Guly gave our management a giant prod as he continues improving and we all hope that his signature is soon inked on a contract to keep him here permantly.

Smiling happily after the game Guly, speaking through Jose Fonte, said that he hoped he has shown enough for the club to want to keep him.

We have a good squad of players and even though he knows his place is not guaranteed he is more than happy to stay and fight for the right to play.

Perfect timing for me as we have seen him grow as he becomes adjusted to our game and he has fitted into our game plan recently with brilliant result.

Now it is just the formality of signing the papers and seeing him become a permanent member of our squad. The agreement is there with his club so it should be a formality.
