Nigel Adkins Eyes 2011 Success

Nigel Adkins Eyes 2011 Success

He believes that the team has what it takes to first maintain their progress, and then improve still further as the season continues.

The January transfer window excites him he says, with inflated prices and plenty of banter, and expectations as to who will leave clubs and also who will be joining.

He Has said that the club has placed bids for players at what the club feels are good prices, and added that with our without new players the squad is strong.

The players are improving and for that we have to put the reason down to nigel and his techniques.

Nigel says that the club is after the title of champions. The squad has clearly improved since his arrival and the arrival of Richard Chaplow has made a huge difference to the midfield.

Fans of other clubs will pour scorn on his ambitions but if you aim lower you finish lower. First place will do me nicely but any way of gaining promotion will do me nicely.

Having one of the biggest, if not the biggest, budgets in the league it very not be very good on our part if that wasn't our target. He never says we will but simply states that as our target.
