Charlton v Southampton rearranged

Charlton v Southampton rearranged

The game will now be played on Tuesday 22nd March 2011 with kick-off at 7.45pm.

This could be a game where we have both teams playing for the chance of promotion and could well be a 6 pointer.

Though still in the play-off places Charlton have hit a bit of a slump lately and we may have a harder task when we do get to meet at the Valley.

Their manager has gone and they are in the middle of a run which has seen them win just the once in their last eight games.

By the time we meet their manager should be known and I fully expect them to be a tough opponent.

Still if we are going to maintain our current progress this is just the type of game that we should be more than looking forward to.
