Adam Lallana Commits To Southampton

southampton star Adam has been in talks with the club for a while and fans have been praying for just this result.

The former Saints Academy graduate has been the star performer over the last couple of seasons for the club, and all who know him, know how much he loves the club.

Adam came to us from local rivals Bournemouth as a precocious 12 year old and has now been with the club for ten years.

His development has been good and from the moment he began playing for the first team we knew we had a real talent.

With Adam signing the new contract this is a clear sign of the club's intent with regard our immediate future.

This signing will help bring in new players as they will know that our players are happy here and ready to stay as we climb ever further upwards.

Adam said after signing that it didn't take him long to agree to sign as he had never wanted to leave us and that it was just a case of getting it sorted.

I have said before and been laughed at, but I can see this lad becoming as much of a legend as MLT and Channon before him.

He has brilliant ball control and can score as well as take on defenders and beat them. For me he has more going for him than Le Tiss had, as he is more of a workhorse.

Adam has still got some improvement in him and with this thought in mind I can say loudly that for us THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

I love Adam and am so happy that he is staying with us. Now we need to see if we can get Guly as well. Oh happy days.
