Nigel Adkins Keeping His Feet On The Ground

Nigel Adkins Keeping His Feet On The Ground

Nigel told Saints OS, 'We are always striving to improve. At the end of the day it is three points and let's not get carried away.'

He added by stressing that the team always wants to do the best it can, and we have left Oldham with three points and a good display at a difficult place to go to.

Nigel was pleased with the overall performance and again with the fact that the team kept going right till the end of the match.

He was also pleased that Saints were able to change their shape and now have more than one option when choosing how to play.

One of the biggest things for Nigel was the way that Guly kept tracking back. As late as the 94th minute he was back in defence trying to win the ball back.
