'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Adam Lallana Will Be Missed.

When we have played with him the stats show us as having played twentyfour games.

We have won 17, drawn 3, and lost four. This though does not show the complete picture as statistics can sometimes be distorted.

The six games we have played without Adam show, 0 wins, 2 draws and 4 defeats. This though doesn't show when we were without him.

At the beginning of the season we were struggling but as soon as he returned we managed to start winning regularly. The change of manager has seemingly brought vast improvement to the squad as a whole.

The arrival of Richard Chaplow also made a big impact as he has also been an important member of the team and has strengthened our midfield immeasurably.

So yes we will miss Adam but surely we now have enough strength in depth to cope for the time that he is out.

Guly do Prado has started to show that he is also a very important player and hopefully he will be signinmgh a contract when his loan expires next week.

We will survive and still be in the mix when we see Adam return and we will still be pushing ever upward as we look to win the title race.

It is a shame when the star player of a team is injured but all is not lost as we still have Guly and he is improving all of the time. He could be one of our first rated stars pretty soon.

Guly, and hopefully Chaplow returning, would help big-time IMO to keep the ship on an even keel. Maybe we could use Guly in Centre midfield alongside two of our three main central midfielders. I have always looked at Guly as an attacking midfield player anyway.
