James Shea On Loan For Injured Bialkowski

James Shea On Loan For Injured Bialkowski

Having loaned out Tommy Forecast to 2nd division Barnet the injury to Bart that he picked up in training left us without cover.

Arsenal have agreed to loan out James Shea as immediate back-up for Kelvin Davis and will be on the bench for Rochdale.

The young Arsenal 'keeper is known for his superb shot-stopping ability, and he has only recently signed a contract extension with the Gunners, which shows that they rate the youngster highly.

Earlier this season James was drafted into the senior England squad by Fabio Capello. this was predominantly to help the players with their training preparations at Arsenal's London Colney training base ahead of the Euro 2012 qualifier against Bulgaria.

At the moment james is eligable to play for both England and the Republic of Ireland and it will be interesting to see who he finally opts for.

So all that is left for us is to wish James welcome and hope that he enjoys his stay on the south coast.
