Ben Reeves Signs Two Year Contract

Hailing from Verwood in Dorset, Ben first joined the club at the tender age of 9 years.

The 19 year old has been a regular in the Under 21 side this season and is highly rated by his coach Martin Hunter.

Ben is a player with an excellent left peg, and a great eye for a good pass. He also knows where the goal is as he has notched a few of them as well.

Playing as he can at left back and in midfield, Ben has played in several positions and has already proved more than adequate in all.

Talking on the Saintsfc.co.uk Ben said that he was pleased to have got the whole thing sorted as he now had the added security of the contract and thus the knowledge that he is wanted.

Being a slight framed 5'10' Ben has had to show two sets of management that he can do a job and do it well.

He has played a lot in an attacking role this season and after comments about his height he has shown his worth.

Though he has been used in a variety of positions, Ben is not concerned yet about nailing down a position that he will be able to call his own.

Ben sounds like a young man who though happy with his lot, has hit feet firmly on the ground.

Brilliant news. Nice to see that some of our kids are rated highly enough for the Championship which is where we all hope to be playing next season.
