'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Saint Billy Looking Sharp

Billy has had a rough few months but continued to play consistently well even though suffering deep torment within.

Doncaster manager Dean Saunders was sorry to see his striker leave but wished him well in the future. Dean showed a bit of class with the manner in which he accepted that the deal was going ahead, and the way he spoke about the player.

Sharp has scored 10 goals in 20 appearances this season, including the winner when Doncaster beat Southampton 1-0 at the Keepmoat Stadium last month. This after turning down the move last Summer.

Brilliant signing. I wanted Sharp from the start and I'm over the moon that we've signed him. He's proven class at this level and can't wait to see him play tomorrow night. Welcome to St Mary's Billy!!

Wonder how we will play tomorrow if he is in at the start or whether he will be on the bench. Presuming he is ok to play.
SFC Forever
Yeah I was just thinking... he may have signed too late to play tomorrow. We'll have to wait and see I guess. I still think Lee deserves a chance.

Great signing. Also, great comment about Dean Saunders. Very rare to see a manager showing dignity.

Have a feeling we may be shown Sharp alongside Lee at the game tonight. Expect a few more tickets to be sold for the game now as well.
SFC Forever
It was a shame that Sharp didn't feature last night, but I'm sure he can't wait to play against Birmingham on Saturday.
