Saints Nearly At Full Strength For Run In

The good news from my point of view is that it now appears we have just the two long term injured.

Both Dan Seaborne and Danny Butterfield are unlikely to be seen for a good while yet but other than that we seem to be able to call on everybody else as and when the manager decides who will play.

Many may be short of match play but as we head for the climax of the season I feel that changes will be few from now on in team selection.

Hoover may be able to play against Burnley which just possibly could be the bolster that our defence needs. Martin has done well for us lately but Jos has a vastly superior record when playing with Jose Fonte.

The manager is pleased to see his squad looking as strong and healthy. 'We are approaching the latter stages of the season and we have a good, strong, healthy squad of players,' he told Saints Player.

'I'm really pleased that we have arrived at this stage of the season and we only have Danny Butterfield and Dan Seaborne out injured. Everybody else is putting themselves forward, wanting to be involved, and with seventeen games in eleven weeks everyone will have to contribute.'



ow we will see how good we really are as we strive for a high finishing position and possible promotion to the Premiership.
