Murty Joins Saints Academy
Graeme has been seen regularly at Staplewood since he last played as he fought to regain his fitness.
Officially retiring last month, he has maintained links with the club and will be a welcome addition to the training set-up in the academy.
Though he only played for a short time at the club his wholehearted style went down well with the fans, and his experience was missed when forced to stop playing.
His new role will involve coaching and developing our elite players primarily in the Youth Development Phase (U12-16) of the Player Development Pathway at the club, preparing that age group for professional football at the highest level.
We wish him well in his new job with our club and hope and trust he can further enhance the quality of youth players coming through the ranks.
