Davis Enjoying Pre Season Work
Kelvin Davis has said he, like everybody else at the club, are loving being back for pre season this term because they know what the Premiership means to the club.
Speaking to saintsfc Davis applauded the fact that Adkins has got the team working with the ball in pre season training instead of just endless running, especially given his wise years in the game.
'I don't think I could do the trotting around the pitch anymore - not that I ever could! Seriously though, the manager is very keen on bringing us right up to date. We've got all the technology and the lads have been right at it and if you ask them that we've got a game tomorrow, there's no one who will say they're not ready. We're what, two weeks in now, and I feel that we're ahead of the game.'
