Chaplow Looking Forward To Leeds

Chaplow Looking Forward To Leeds

Richard Chaplow has said the game against Leeds in the Cup will hopefully be a sign of better things to come for the club, and for him this season.

Speaking to saintsfc ahead of the Cup clash, Chaplow is hoping to start the game once again after only having sub appearances in the league, and he's also hoping that a convincing performance and victory, will be the right confidence boost for the club ahead of our next league encounter.

'There are many people in that team tomorrow who want a starting berth, me being one of them. Hopefully we can put a performance in because it's an important game for the club, any win is a vital one. Leeds is a tough place to go, but I've been there many times before and you know what you're going to get. Performance wise in the last few Cup games, the lads have been bang at it. Hopefully we can produce another win.'
