Rodriguez Looking For More Pitch Time

Rodriguez Looking For More Pitch Time

Jay Rodriguez is hoping he'll get a good run of playing time as the festive fixtures come thick and fast after our break this weekend.

Speaking to saintsfc after returning to the team against Reading, Rodriguez said.

'It's nice to have a rest but, in the same breath, when you're coming off the back of a win it's good to get on with the next game. We've had a hard week's training so I'm sure we'll take it through. Christmas is obviously a busy time, but it's a good time. You get lots of games in that period, and that's something we're looking forward to and I think we'll come out of it well.'
