No Forren Snub

No Forren Snub

Many fans wondered whether we'd get our first sight of new signing Vegard Forren against Everton, and it wasn't to be, so the player is hoping to figure at Old Trafford instead.

Speaking to various press following his omission from the squad, Forren explained.

'I was prepared to be left out after speaking with the manager this weekend. Now I will focus on a good week of training. I hope I get the chance at Old Trafford next week. That would be awesome.'

Sensible by Poch really, keep the squad together given our recent run and allow the new lad to meet and train with the team first before being thrust into a game that had a wide significance given the managerial changes.

Very pleasing to hear he's obviously been proactive in speaking to the players, so nobody feels marginalised, left out or no longer wanted.

Does sound as though Mo has good man management skills. Not sure if Vegard will get his wish at United but am looking forward to seeing him play.
