Boruc On United & Wigan

Boruc On United & Wigan

Artur Boruc has said the Saints can take a lot of faith from our performance against Man United, and that we can make up for that disappointment by taking the maximum return from Wigan.

Speaking to saintsfc Boruc also calls the Wigan game a six pointer because of what victory can mean for us, but he admits he was disappointed with the result on Wednesday because he feels we at least deserved a share of the points.

'Everybody is looking forward to the game because it looks like it's going to be very important for us. It's a six pointer and hopefully we'll get them.'

As for United, he added.

'It was a narrow defeat, but we were playing against one of the top teams so you can really enjoy that kind of game. I'd rather had a different scoreline, but we played outstandingly well in the second half. If we keep playing that way, we're definitely going to stay in there because we're on a good run.'

Artur has been a revelation in his last few games and has shown himself to be a man with complete confidence in his capabilities.

Can't disagree SFC and all I hope is that Artur continues in his fine form.
