Saints Duo Withdraw From Internationals

Both players picked up knocks in the game versus Wigan Athletic and were substituted.

Ramírez was set to be part of Uruguay`s match against Spain in Qatar on Wednesday, whilst Clyne had been called into the England Under-21 squad set to face Sweden.

Their withdrawal still leaves us with seven players still involved with the internationals. They are Artur Boruc, Steven Davis, Vegard Forren, Calum Chambers, James Ward-Prowse, Lloyd Isgrove and Luke Shaw.

Pity for them but with luck they may be back for us quickly.

Must be disappointing for them but they will get more opportunities as they have enough talent.

Let's hope it's not too serious for either of them, and the break now sees them fit for our next game.
