Wolves U21's Hold Saints

Speaking to Saints Player after the game, Hunter was upset with the decision that saw Saints record their second draw from their opening four Elite group matches.

Saints completely dominated the first half and 3 minutes into the second half took a two goal lead. The visitors then slacked off and allowed Wolves back into the game.

When Wolves had a man sent off with the score 1-2 it looked as though our U21's were on course for the win. It wasn't to be though as a hotly disputed penalty gave Wolves the chance to level which they duly did.

Ian Hunter Saints coach was livid. Not just because it wasn't a penalty but also because 3 minutes added time had been alloted but the penalty was awarded after 4.5 minutes.

Terrible decision and bloody expensive to boot.

Bloody typical. Ref should be punished.

Trouble is things like that take away from the fact the team actually spent large parts of the game on top.

no bloody good playing well when a biased or blind referee cheats you. Just like Celtic last night.
VSrednwhite
Suspend refs who muck up like that.
