Saints Former Boss Adkins Leeds Bound?

Neil Warnock the current Leeds United manager has stated that he is willing to step aside if Leeds find a replacement for him, with his contract due to run out in June anyway.

The Yorkshire Evening Post has claimed that Adkins is a likely prime candidate for the manager`s job at Elland Road. Apparently Nigel has yet to reach a settlement over his contract with Southampton, who sacked the 47-year-old last month.

Adkins is reported as being effectively on gardening leave and is unable to negotiate with potential employers until his pay-off is finalised. If Nigel does end up at Elland Road I hope he does well and gets a good run at the job.

If Nigel gets a job like this he might have to work wonders. Leeds don't have the money we had and he will find that Leeds ia a great big sleeping giant.

Adkins won't be up to the job at Leeds. Leeds don't have the money to spend like we had.
