Jones To Make Saints Switch

As the Mirror reported this morning it is rumoured that four Championship clubs are at the center of a bidding war for Manchester United starlet David Jones.

The player, who played on loan at Preston when they reached the playoffs, is likely to command a fee of around 750,000.

Jones has won the youth cup with Manchester United and is currently seen as one of United's most admired reserves.

The midfield man also came second in the Man of The Year award when on loan at Dutch side NEC. He came 30 points behind eventual winner Romano Deneboom.
