Season Ticket Reduction

Season Ticket Reduction

Southampton are set to announce that season tickets for next season will be cheaper, even if the Saints win promotion to the Premiership.

The move is the first indication that ticket prices across the country are set to fall, with the average football supporter being priced out of going to the game.

Commercial director Andy Oldknow told the Echo: 'We have listened intently to what our supporters have told us about the season ticket prices, and we feel sure we will be putting a structure in place that means as many fans as possible can get to watch the team.

'We know the benefits that a full and loud stadium can have on the team'.
