Former Southampton striker Brett Ormerod could make a return to Southampton for Preston.
Ormerod has recently suffered a fractured cheekbone but has been training through out the week with a protective mask according to the Echo.
If David Nugent fails to recover from a head injury, Ormerod could fill in.
