Local lad Andrew Surman felt sick after the Saints lost a 2-0 lead to promotion rivals Cardiff City.
He told the Echo: 'In the changing room we feel sick, very down.'
'It's happened too many times this season.
'We were cruising at half-time and we said we've got to keep it going' but for some reason it changed, they put us under the cosh, we sat back too much and paid for it.'
