27% Of Saints Fans Want Burley Out!

The results of our poll are in!

For the last two weeks or so there has been a poll running here on Vital Saints asking the question -

If we do not go up this season, how long would you give Burley?

The results are as follows:

None/Sack Him -27%
1 More Season -49%
2 More Seasons -7%
3 More Seasons -2%
As Long as it takes -15%

Well it definatly makes for interesting reading, the overwhelming 73% majority are backing George Burley for at least one more season no matter what happens this year.

Good to see the majority are backing him

A lot of fans are getting a bit hysterical. OK, we are underperforming but the most important thing is stability which we havn't had at Southampton for years.
SaintGeorge
Understand the argument for stability, but if he isn't up to the job then there is no point in sticking with him. This Saints side is a Burley side. All the signings have been his and if he cant get this team up he never will.
CF Saints
thing is he is up for the job. if the players had any professionalism then we wouldnt have gifted colchester a second and would probably have won. they have let him down, end of.

So who's job is it to get those players to perform and act professionally? The buck ends with him, end of.
