The boys are back in training
The Saints players returned to pre-season training today ahead of the upcoming Championship season, reports the official website, and with transfer seeking defender Chris Baird present.
Absent though were Saints international stars, including Jhon Viafara who is competing in the Copa America with Colombia, who have been given extra time off for rest.
This week the players are focusing on fitness before an army training camp course next week and then the pre-season fixtures, beginning with Nationwide Conference South side Eastleigh on July 14th.
Gaffer George Burley is confident of his team`s preparation. He told the official website, "We are all set for pre season and ready to go again."
