41% believe Saints will go up

41% believe Saints will go up

41% of Vital Saints users believe that Southampton will return to the Premiership next season.

In our latest poll we asked:

Where will Saints finish next season? (Suggested By: saint-matt)

Below are the results:

1st 17%

2nd 18%

Play-off winners 6%

Lose in the play-offs 7%

7th - 14th 16%

15th - 24th 36%

I would hazard a guess that the 36% for 15th - 24th may have been increased by a few Pompey fans visiting the site!

if you want promotion perhaps you need to buy a few more players who are capable of getting you out of the division, and stop selling your best players like bale. but if you use the cash to strengthen the squad then fair enough.

Dream on fellas.....play-offs would be a realistic target perhaps as the division doesn't seem to be as strong as it was last season, but it will still be very tight at the top.

I think the 36% that voted 15th - 24th are nearer the mark. Still,at least you can console yourselves that however long it takes for you to get promoted,Pompey will be waiting for you. Let's hope it's sooner rather than later. Good luck for the season.
