Dailly wants return

Dailly wants return

Hammers defender Christian Dailly has admitted he would like to make his signing from West Ham to Southampton for the rest of his career.

The 34 year old has finished at saints for the moment as saints can't afford to extend his loan at current, he had previously enojoyed a 2 moan loan spell which finished with a clean sheet and a victory against Blackpool on saturday.

Christian Dailly told the official website that he dedicates his life to the team he plays for, he always has done, that really showed as his performances where one positive thing that shone out from a negative period, which included a 5-0 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday when Dailly wasn't being played at Centre back.

Christian also played in midfield for a couple of games, setting up a goal in the first few minutes of the game against Burnley, he looked comfortable at the back and he would dearly love a move back.

The Scottish international has become a favourite with the fans and if The Sisu offer goes through or if saints can get some money from the board Dailly should be made a Southampton player.
