| Today in a press interview Arsene when asked about transfers in seemed to become very defensive and annoyed. Is he running out of ideas? |
| |
| more and more Gooners are turning against him now so maybe he will have to go soon. |
| |
| Think it's a sign of modern football to be honest. He's done an amazing job at Arsenal and apart from not seeing a lot during 90 minutes, he really should've won more.
But Arsenal are probably one of the best run clubs in the league and if their owner/board throw a wobbly, Arsenal will be safe.
Can you say the same about Chelsea, Man U, Man C etc? |
| |
| Man Utd have a 77000 seater so would probably survive ok though they could suffer short term. City and Chelsea would be lost if they lost their owners. unless someone similar took over. |
| |
| Wenger has looked out of touh for a couple of seasons now so yes his time could be up. |
| |
| Another question would be who takes the reins if Wenger leaves?
No obvious candidates that stand out as far as I can see. |
| |
| Isn't most of the Glazer debt mortgaged on the ground though 4ghg? That's why I don't consider them safe (if I'm right).
Re Wenger, I can't highlight a manager who could deal with the egos, and bring through youth the way he has over the years. |
| |
| Don't you think that is more a thing of the past? It is hard to name many that are doing the business for him right now. |

Wenger does seem to have lost his knack of bringing in the big players that he undoubtedly had when he first arrived. Arsenal owe him a big debt of thanks but I don't think Gunners fans would be that disappointed if he stepped aside of his own volition. |

| He has been brilliant for them but time stand still for no-one.
Arsenal would have the problem of finding a manager who can continue his work and take them back to the top. Not easy. |
| |
| All depends on what the club's policies are (and how flexible they would be) as regards Arsenal managing to attract a "big name" manager |
| |
| They do have a good name for sticking by them so in that regard they would be ok. |
