Three straight away wins?

Jan Poortvliet's team are ready to face managerless Charlton this Saturday at the Valley. The Saints could make it three away wins on the spin following dramatic victories at Deepdale and the Madejski.

The Saints are set to name an unchanged side for the third match in a row as they look to inflict more pain on a dejected Charlton team.

The Addicks have taken advantage of the late loan deadline, bringing in Jay Demerit from Derby County, Keith Gillespie from Sheffield United and Deon Burton from Sheffield Wednesday. Luke Varney exits the Valley to join up with the Blades on a last minute loan deal.

Jason Euell remains suspended, so the Jamaican will not feature against his old club. Skipper Michael Svensson suffered another injury on Wednesday night, aggravating his Achilles in a reserves fixture against QPR.
