Both Wayne Thomas and Morgan Schneiderlin hope to be ready for this game. David Connolly also hopes to be able to feature again.

Manager Alan Pardew has also said that he would take a look at Orient before this game as he hadn't seen them for a while.

He has also said that he expects more ups and downs before the season finishes.

Skipper Stephen Purches hopes to be back from his calf injury. Scott Mcgleish played for an hour on saturday. Villa youngster Eric Lichaj may keep his place and James Scowcroft could be re-called.

If played the youngster will certainly be in for a busy day with both Lallana and Puncheon leading the charge.

A good away point at Brighton, but a need to keep it tight and keep up the recent good work and another 3 points to add to the bag.

At first I just thought we had blown it but yes the way Brighton have been playing of late I suppose 3 points from Orient will cheer us up quite nicely.

We have a chance of three points before the big game on saturday against Charlton. I hope we go 4 4 2.
