Southampton will be hoping that they can maintain the good form of recent weeks as they entertain Notts County this Saturday. whilst we can't expect such a great win as that provided at Oldham a win ius a necessity to keep the bandwagon rolling.

Vital Quotes:

Southampton Team News:

Dean Hammond and Adam Lallana will both need to prove their fitness before being selected this week having taken knocks in their last game respectively. Jason Puncheon should be fit after recovering from his bout of illness.

Player to watch: A Oxlade-Chamberlain

Alex has been a tremendous bonus this season having done so well since joining the first team on a regular basis. He has untold speed and appears also to be able to think as quickly as he can run.

Notts County Team News:

Keeper Rob Burch will be checked for fitness after missing the last game. Stuart Nelson again stands by. John Thompson, Graeme Lee, Rickie Ravenhill, Lee Hughes, Karl Hawley and Ben Burgess are all on the way back and some could be given a game as County endeavour to stretch their unbeaten run to eight games.

If Lee is picked he could be a handfull as he is a proven goalscorer and at a higher level.
