Doncaster vs Saints

The league leaders travel to bottom of the table Doncaster on Saturday as they look to stay top of the Championship.

The Saints had to come from behind against Hull on Tuesday night to remain top as West Ham continue to apply the pressure.

The Hampshire outfit are just two points ahead of the Hammers - and Nigel Adkins' men will be looking to keep their lead at the top on Saturday.

Vital Quotes: Adkins won't underestimate Rovers.

'We always say that we never underestimate the opposition and if you don't respect the opposition and work hard to get a result, then you get nowt.' He told the official website.

Doncaster Rovers Team News:

Doncaster will be without El-Hadji Diouf who will miss out with a hamstring injury.

Former Tottenham defender Pascal Chimbonda remains out with a hip injury.

Player to watch: Billy Sharp

The striker is Doncaster's top goalscorer with 6 league goals.

Southampton Team News:

Striker Lee Barnard and winger Steve De Ridder are pushing for starts as Adkins chooses his side for the weekend.

Richard Chaplow will miss out with a knee injury that the midfielder picked up at Bristol City last weekend.

David Connolly remains sidelined with a groin problem.

Player to watch: Adam Lallana

The Southampton starlet is always pulling the strings and will no doubt have an impact on Saturday's game.
