Fratton Park
Sun 18th December
1pm
At last we finally get the game which the majority of fans from these two clubs have been anxiously waiting.
Whilst both sets of fans will shout their belief in the prospect of seeing their respective team winning, both will have a fear of losing.
obody will be looking forward to the possibility of facing their fiercest rivals after seeing their team getting defeated. The prospect is not one worth thinking about.
Liam Lawrence is expected to return to captain the side.
Luke Varney is also hoping to get a start after getting injured in the Burnley game.
Liam has led by example and will always give his all to drive his team forward.
Kelvin Davis is still unsure of being fit enough to play, as is missed Richard Chaplow.
avid Connolly has started training again.
Rickie will be desperate to continue showing all of his doubters wrong.
Saints have a good record at Fratton Park. Apart from the last defeat there which still haunts us we have won 50% of all games there.
Mr. Mark Halsey from Hertfordshire takes charge of Sunday's game. For this game Mr. Halsey will be assisted by Mr. C. Richards and Mr. S. Child. The Fourth Official is Mr. G. Ward.
Pompey 1-3 Saints
