Blackpool v Southampton

Southampton travel north to Blackpool on the back of some excellent results of late. Four away wins on the trot are in the eleven match unbeaten run and they have won seven of their last eight matches.

Blackpool will be keen to get their promotion bid back on track though they are only outside the play-off spots on goal difference.

Having scored in every league game so far this season it is likely that Saints defence will face a stern test.

Roman Bednar is unlikely to play after aggravating knee ligaments in the draw with Leicester ten days ago.

Stephen Dobbie is hoping for a start following his cameo from the bench in last weekend's defeat at Reading.

Ex Saint Kevin is still banging in the goals and will be hungry to add to his tally against one of his former clubs.

Guly do Prado is nearing full fitness as is Dan Seaborne. Chung Lee may push for a start and Rickie Lambert is expected to be fit even though he was pulled off against Doncaster with a twinge.

Kelvin has been in tremendous form of late and will undoubtedly have plenty to do against the 'Seasiders'.

Blackpool have an excellent record against Saints at home having won 14, drawn 3 and lost just 4 times.
