Spurs vs. Saints

White Hart Lane

Sat 4th May 2013

3pm

Spurs v Saints Preview

Saints came a cropper in a big way last week and will be hoping that another display like that one is out of their system.

Spurs will be looking for an emphatic victory as they fight for a Champions League place and will have Gareth Bale ready to fire a few bullets at us.

Knowing that they have a big game against Chelsea facing them on Wednesday the thought of defeat to Saints will not be crossing their minds.

For Saints a defeat could still be enough to stay up. unless by an enormous margin. as Wigan could easily lose to WBA at the Hawthorns.

Vital Quotes:

Saints will be without suspended duo Ramirez and Fox after they both picked up red cards last week.

Luke Shaw is fit againand will be expected to return. James Ward-Prowse could also be fit enough to be in the matchday squad.

Our 'keeper will be expecting a busy afternoon and wioll need to be at his best to help keep us in the game.

Saints Team News:

Mousa Dembele is a doubt having come off during that match with a muscle injury, while Jake Livermore was missing from the squad altogether.

We need to keep the score down if we are to lose but Wigan may get beaten today which will help no end.
