Lets be having you Saints!

Norwich City
vs.
Southampton

Carrow road

18.8.07

1500

Saints need to get a win today to get off the bottom of the table.

Ok, its too early to look at the table but we have already dropped 3 points and need to make that up against Norwich today.

Vital Quotes:

Wayne Thomas told saintsfc.co.uk 'we have made individual mistakes.' He was talking about the poor play at the back for saints in the past few games.

Norwich City Team News:

Adan Drury will miss out after getting injured against Brentford

Player to watch: Darren Huckerby

Usually Darren Huckerby plays well against saints for The Canaries. But saints might not face him today as he should miss out

Southampton Team News:

Kelvin Davis looks like he will take his place in goal. Burley might play Wright at right-back. Safri could make a return against his old side. Kenwyne Jones to start up front with Marek Saganowski.

Player to watch: Kenwyne Jones

Saints star Kenwyne Jones has been linked with Derby and Sunderland but saints could keep hold of him. He should start up top with Marek Saganowski

Match Facts & Stats

Saints won the last encounter with these guys, 1-0 winners left saints needing to beat Southend on the last day of the season to reach the play-offs!

Match Prediction:

This could be a tough one for saints, a new looking defence and the possible return of Jhon Viafara and Kenwyne Jones should just do it for the saints! My prediction 2-1 Saints

Next Fixtures:

Saints face Stoke next week at St.Marys.

Come On You Saints!
