Southampton started like a house on fire but Yeovil gradually extinguished the fire and ended up having the clearest chances. Morgan getting sent off seemed to galvanise the Saints at the end of the game as they changed their subs and went for broke. A defender and a midfielder were removed with two strikers coming on and the gamble paid off in the third minute of added on time with Lee Barnard scoring with a header from a Papa Waigo cross.

listening to the radio this became a lot harder than even i as a born again pessimist had accepted as possible. I expected a hard game but to win seconds from the end of the game is not something for which our club is well known. Brilliant.

We won and may have been a little lucky to do it but we won. It don't matter now cos I don't think we can catch Hudders now.
VSgirlT
Hard listening yesterday but I agree. It is not how we win right now just that we do.
stellarnw
We got three points that at half-time we had fully deserved. Yeovil did much better in the second half until the last ten minutes when AP threw caution to the wind.
