In a somewhat one-sided second half Southampton were forced to wait until the 83rd minute before breaking the deadlock. Moments after hearing that Huddersfield had just taken the lead, the fans were jubilantly celebrating a moment of Brazilian magic as Guly do Prado fashioned a superb match winning goal. Nerves were in abundance aplenty as Saints were made to fight for the win. With Lee Barnard carried off the win came at what could be a heavy price.
